Our Program
Jace’s Place offers a holistic, relationship-based approach to social and emotional development. Youth and young adults engage in small group sessions that foster peer connection, collaboration, and teamwork, creating a supportive environment where learning happens through shared experience and meaningful interaction.
In addition to group-based activities, individualized breakout sessions allow each individual to focus on their personal goals and strengths. These one-on-one moments ensure that every young person receives the attention, encouragement, and guidance needed to grow in ways that are relevant and impactful to them.

4-STEP PATH
Jumpstart
This initial phase begins with a personal intake meeting involving the participant and their caregiver. Together, we assess strengths, challenges, and individual goals. This step sets the foundation for each participant’s journey and ensures a tailored approach from day one.
Advocating
Participants begin building self-awareness and confidence by learning to speak up for themselves and others. They are taught essential advocacy and communication skills to express needs, set boundaries, and engage in respectful dialogue.
In this step, participants put their advocacy into action through hands-on service projects, team-building activities, and community involvement. They learn the value of giving back and working with others, fostering a sense of belonging and purpose.
Community Outreach
In the final phase, participants have the opportunity to become peer mentors and leaders within the program. By supporting others, they continue building their skills in empathy, responsibility, and leadership—reinforcing their growth and readiness for life’s next chapter.
